Among the types of Personal Data that this Application collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Microphone Permission; Purchase and subscription records; a non-identifying purchase identifier; Usage Data; and aggregate app performance and analytics data provided by Apple.
Audio is not among the data we collect. Although LoudPhone uses the microphone to amplify sound, audio is processed live on your device and is never recorded, retained, or sent anywhere.
Complete details on each type of Personal Data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy. Data is either provided by the User (such as by making a purchase) or collected automatically when using this Application.
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is necessary for its core functionality. Failure to provide this Data, such as microphone permission, may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services.
The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the Data. Audio amplification is performed locally on the User's device and is not processed on any server. Data relating to purchases is processed using computers and/or IT-enabled tools by our payments provider, following procedures strictly related to the purposes indicated.
Audio is never retained — it exists only momentarily while being processed in real time and is discarded immediately. Purchase records are retained for as long as required to manage your subscription and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Data may be retained for longer only when required by applicable legal obligations or based on the Users' consent.
The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Service (real-time, on-device audio amplification), to manage purchases and subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect its rights and interests, detect malicious or fraudulent activity, as well as for Analytics and Device Permissions.
This Application requests certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below. These permissions must be granted by the User before the information can be accessed. Once given, permission can be revoked by the User at any time in the device settings.
Please note that revoking permissions will impact the proper functioning of this Application, as it cannot perform its services without the necessary access.
Used to capture live sound from the environment so that it can be amplified and played back through the User's headphones or device in real time. Audio captured through the microphone is processed entirely on the device, is used only for live amplification, and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to the Owner or any third party.

To provide its core utility, this Application captures live audio from the device microphone and amplifies and shapes it using the device's audio processing capabilities. This processing happens in real time and entirely on the User's device.
Personal Data processed: None retained. Audio is processed live and immediately discarded; it is not recorded, stored, or transmitted.
This service manages in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are handled by Apple, and subscription entitlements are managed through RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat receives a non-identifying purchase identifier and transaction details in order to validate and manage your subscription. This Application uses Apple's built-in App Analytics. If you have consented to share analytics with developers in your device settings, Apple provides the Owner with aggregate, anonymized data about app usage, performance, and crashes. Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the contact details provided in this document. Note that because LoudPhone does not record or store your audio, there is no audio data for us to access or delete.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Data, we take steps to delete such information from our servers.
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. This applies to the limited purchase data processed by our payments provider; your audio is never transferred because it never leaves your device.
The User's Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Owner in Court or in stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or its Services.
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying its Users on this page and possibly within this Application. It is strongly recommended to check this page often.
