Complete details on each type of Personal Data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy. Data is either provided by the User (such as by taking a photo of a coin) or collected automatically when using this Application.
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is necessary for its core functionality. Failure to provide this Data, such as camera permission, may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services.
The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the Data. Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following procedures strictly related to the purposes indicated. All sensitive data, such as images sent for analysis, is encrypted in transit.
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Users can delete their data, such as their coin collection history and saved images, at any time through the Application. Data may be retained for longer only when required by applicable legal obligations or based on the Users’ consent.
The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Service (including image capture, AI visual analysis, and coin database lookup), comply with legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect its rights and interests, detect malicious or fraudulent activity, as well as for Analytics, Device Permissions, and Infrastructure Monitoring.
This Application requests certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below. These permissions must be granted by the User before the information can be accessed. Once given, permission can be revoked by the User at any time in the device settings.
Please note that revoking permissions will impact the proper functioning of this Application, as it cannot perform its services without the necessary access.

To provide its core utility, this Application processes image data uploaded by the user. This involves the use of third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI or similar vision models) to analyze the visual characteristics of the coin (text, year, mint mark, condition).

The services in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze app traffic and user behavior.

This service allows the Owner to monitor the performance and stability of the app to improve it.
Crashlytics is a monitoring service by Google that helps us identify and fix app crashes.
